We’re looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to supportour growing team. This role is ideal for a strong writer and visual communicator who’seager to contribute across proposals, presentations, internal comms, social media andmore. You’ll play a key part in telling our story, winning work and keeping our brandconsistent — all while learning and growing alongside a fun, fast-paced team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Support the development of compelling proposals and qualifications package
* Format and edit resumes, project sheets, and boilerplate content in AdobeInDesign
* Assist with internal communications and company-wide marketing initiatives
* Contribute to social media content, email campaigns, and website updates
* Collaborate with technical teams to gather information and craft cohesivemessaging
* Maintain marketing files, graphics, and collateral libraries
* Help plan and execute client events and team activities
Who we’re looking for:
Experience, Knowledge and Key Skills
* 1–5 years of relevant experience (internships count!)
* Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
* Comfort with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign)
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines with attention to detail
* A team player who’s organized, curious, and eager to learn.
* AEC experience would be highly beneficial.
Qualifications
* A degree in Marketing or relevant industries.
