CareerShapes is looking for an ambitious and relationship-driven Business Development Manager to help our client grow their presence across Ireland's construction market. About the Role
You'll take the lead on driving sales growth for the Midlands and West of Ireland, developing relationships with architects, developers, and contractors, while promoting innovative, energy-efficient building systems. You'll also act as a trusted advisor, helping clients understand how our clients solutions can deliver performance, sustainability, and value for their projects.
What You'll Do
* Identify and develop new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
* Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, from architects to self-build clients.
* Present, pitch, and promote our products through meetings, events, and industry forums.
* Provide clear, confident advice on how our solutions meet technical and sustainability goals.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
* Support marketing campaigns and represent the brand at trade shows and CPD events.
