As a mentor to these organisations, we aim to provide them with the tools, guidance, and resources they need to take charge of their energy efficiency goals. Youll be joining a growing Community Solutions team that is expanding to meet increasing community demand, driving how SE Systems delivers it's One Stop Shop Solution to charities, not-for-profits, schools, and sports clubs, enabling them to carry out energy efficiency upgrades. In this role, youll report directly to the Community Solutions Manager while helping to scale the reach and impact of our community work. Youll also support Sustainable Energy Communities as well as the SE Systems Community Fund, ensuring meaningful support reaches those who need it most. This is a dynamic role that entails managing the administration for new and existing clients. Excellent attention to detail, relationship management, and communication skills are central to the role. The ability to prioritise and handle multiple deadlines is essential. Key Responsibilities: Project Development Liaising with community groups, organising quotes for energy audits, providing information on financial supports available, coordinating with project managers and the grants teams. Managing the list of Community Projects to ensure everything is actioned in an appropriate manner and timeline. Grants Coordination Assisting in the preparation of grant application packs for community projects. Assisting in the preparation of project delivery files for community projects. Researching funding available nationally for not-for-profit organisations. Community Fund Assisting with the administration of the SE Systems Community Fund. Developing digital feedback forms, coordinating before and after feedback from fund beneficiaries and drafting our Impact Reports. Events Assisting with the organisation of Community events which will be run nationally. Managing an events Calendar. Marketing Assisting the marketing team by gathering information on completed Community Projects for case studies, videos, social media post and testimonials. What you need to succeed: 3 Years minimum experience in a coordination, project management or administration role. Third level qualification, preferably in Business Administration, Project Management or any other relevant area. Meticulous attention to detail with a desire to take initiative and be proactive. Excellent IT skills Highly developed interpersonal and communications skills. Results-driven with proven ability to build strong client relationships. Flexible and adaptable approach to work with a positive attitude. Excellent time management and ability to demonstrate resilience in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Full Driving Licence Desirable Criteria: Previous experience in grant applications or tendering. Knowledge of energy retrofitting, or the construction industry.
