Seeking an experienced Agile Product Manager to lead Sales Optimisation Stream, enhancing website sales funnel. This dynamic and strategic role requires a solid foundation in traditional project management principles and strong expertise in Agile software delivery.
1. Lead the Sales Optimisation Stream, focusing on improving website sales funnel.
2. Coach and guide Scrum teams to ensure Agile best practices are followed throughout software delivery process.
3. Oversee successful execution of software delivery projects, collaborating with development teams to improve product development processes.
4. Work closely with product managers to drive execution of new projects and product development.
5. Support continuous improvement initiatives for Agile workflows, emphasising both development and product management skills.
6. Ensure effective communication between all stakeholders to maintain clarity, transparency, and alignment with project goals and timelines.
7. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.), coaching teams to ensure smooth Agile delivery process.
8. Foster a collaborative, high-performance environment within development teams, ensuring stability in roles and team dynamics.
A strong background in Agile software delivery is required, with a deep understanding of Agile principles and frameworks.
Proven ability as Scrum Master, with hands-on experience leading Scrum teams in software development environments.
Solid grounding in Project Management fundamentals, with a focus on delivering projects in an Agile manner.
Strong coaching and mentoring experience, particularly in leading Scrum teams and driving Agile adoption across organisations.
Experience in Sales Optimisation or working with eCommerce platforms is a plus, particularly with a focus on improving website funnels.
Product Management experience, with the ability to collaborate effectively with product managers to improve project execution and product development.
Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills are required.
A results-oriented mindset with a focus on long-term, successful delivery rather than short-term goals is essential.
A long-term contract with flexibility for hybrid work (2 days per week in-office) is desired.
