Job Description:
* Develop detailed 3D models of mechanical and electrical systems using BIM software.
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the design meets project requirements.
* Produce accurate drawings and reports using Revit MEP.
* Conduct clash detection and resolve issues to ensure model coordination.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
* Formal training in Revit MEP, supported by a certificate or diploma.
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a BIM technician using Revit MEP.
