Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems within our manufacturing environment. This role will ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) in accordance with industry standards.
* Establish and maintain quality policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards and best practices.
* Conduct internal audits and assessments to monitor compliance with QMS requirements and identify areas for improvement.
* Develop and implement quality control measures and inspection procedures.
* Perform product and process audits to verify compliance with quality standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Investigate non-conformities, root causes, and corrective/preventive actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or related field.
* Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) is a plus.
* Proven experience in quality management roles, preferably in the aerospace or plastics manufacturing industry.
* In-depth knowledge of aerospace quality standards and regulatory requirements.
* Strong understanding of plastics manufacturing processes, materials, and quality control methods.
* Experience leading and managing quality management systems, audits, and corrective/preventive actions.
