Job Title: Senior Business Analyst - FinTech/Payments
* Lead requirements gathering workshops with technical and business stakeholders.
* Produce detailed BRDs, user stories, process flows, use cases and data mapping documents.
* Analyse complex payments workflows (E-commerce, Point of Sale, MOTO, SEPA, SWIFT, 3DS, fraud rules).
* Bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery in an Agile environment.
* Manage stakeholder expectations, resolve conflicts and facilitate decision-making.
* Support UAT, change management and post-launch reviews.
* Identify process improvements and contribute to the BA community of practice.
Requirements:
* 6+ years as a Business Analyst, with at least 3-4 years in FinTech/Payments.
* Deep domain knowledge of payments processing, acquiring, gateways or orchestration platforms.
* Proven ability to document complex integrations and regulatory requirements (PSD2, GDPR, AML).
* Expert with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart/Visio, SQL for data analysis.
* Strong facilitation and influencing skills - comfortable pushing back and driving consensus.
* Experience of full project lifecycle from discovery through to live rollout.
* Relevant degree or professional certification (CBAP, Agile BA, advantageous)
