* Leaving Certificate or equivalent (minimum)
* Previous experience as a receptionist front of house or in a customer service role
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and social media platforms
* Experience using office phone systems, calendars, printers, and filing systems
* Ability to handle incoming/outgoing mail, data entry, and filing
* Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills
* Polite and confident phone manner
* Ability to deal with clients inquiries
