Robotics & Control Ltd is seeking motivated, hands‑on individuals to join our Electrical Instrumentation (EI) and Automation Engineering Apprenticeship programs.
This program offers the perfect blend of practical, real‑world experience and structured technical training. Working alongside industry experts in a competent and welcoming environment, you will develop specialized skills needed to install, maintain, and optimize complex electrical systems, smart instrumentation, and automated robotics that drive modern industry. What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

Installation & Commissioning: Assisting in the installation, wiring, and setup of industrial electrical panels and programming control systems.
Calibration & Instrumentation: Learning to test, calibrate, and troubleshoot smart sensors, transmitters, and automated control systems.
Automation & Robotics: Gaining exposure to Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Human‑Machine Interfaces (HMIs), and robotic systems to understand how automated production environments communicate.
Preventative Maintenance: Conducting routine diagnostic checks and servicing on critical plant equipment to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
Safety & Compliance: Adhering strictly to industrial health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your team.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

A strong technical aptitude and a genuine interest in how things work (electrical, mechanical, or software‑based).
Excellent problem‑solving skills and a sharp attention to detail.
A proactive and resilient attitude, with a strong willingness to learn, ask questions, and take direction from senior mentors.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work cohesively within a team environment.
Reliability, punctuality, and a strong commitment to completing both practical work and academic coursework.
