Responsibilities
* Provide aid to the month-end close and the organisation’s planning, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of financial performance.
* Develop and manage financial analysis procedures, including financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, and reporting to ensure efficient financial operations.
* Proactively identify and analyse key business drivers across the P&L and build strong relationships across the Group Finance team and wider Finance community.
* Engage with stakeholders to improve FP&A support for better and stronger results; aid in the annual planning and budgeting process company-wide.
* Perform analysis required for strategic planning and help prepare reports for management and the Board of Directors.
* Oversee budget execution by analysing main variances and providing actionable recommendations.
* Coordinate preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual rolling forecasts and reporting on actuals vs. budgeted results.
* Identify key data sources and use data-driven insights about departmental metrics to improve business decisions.
* Continuously develop tools and automate processes; aid the implementation of a budgeting and forecasting solution (EPM) to streamline forecasting and budgeting.
* Maintain awareness of internal controls and recommend improvements where necessary.
* Protect the organisation’s information by keeping data confidential.
What we are looking for
* Professional Accounting Qualifications (ACCA, ACA, CIMA).
* A minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in FP&A or a similar function.
* Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
* Solid financial modelling skills with understanding of financial reporting and cash flow information.
* Ability to zoom in/out when analysing the business and making recommendations.
* Experience balancing multiple responsibilities and meeting deadlines; ability to work with senior stakeholders.
* Collaborative approach with all levels of employees, management, and external parties to maximise performance and results.
* Ability to work independently with minimal daily direction.
* Solid computer skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and experience with ERP/Financial Systems.
* Relevant sector experience (e.g., gaming, digital, retail, or e-commerce) is a plus.
