About the Company
Our client is a fast-growing international organisation that partners with global brands to improve product standards and consumer health.
Key Responsibilities
* Chase staff for travel and expense receipts
* Post bank and credit card transactions in Zoho Books
* Process supplier invoices and upload/check statements
* Import and reconcile Pleo statements in Zoho Books
* Organise and match receipts to the correct credit card/account
* Support the finance team with general administration tasks as required
Requirements
* ATI student or 1-3 years' experience in an accounting administration role
* Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
* Well organised and comfortable working across multiple tabs/windows
* Good communication skills to liaise effectively with team members across the company
* Ability to manage and sort large volumes of receipts, emails, and transactions
