Project Director
Lead a team of project managers and oversee the construction of retail fit-out projects. Ensure timely completion, within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
* Responsible for overseeing multiple projects at the strategic level.
* Manage shared resources and finances to ensure each project progresses on time and within budget.
* Oversee coordination with client & design team during the planning and design phase.
* Develop budgets and manage costs to ensure construction projects are completed within guidelines.
* Maintain health and safety codes, quality requirements, environmental regulations, and building regulations.
* Make strategic decisions and provide leadership to implement those decisions.
* Implement procedures for enhanced performance and ensure personnel operate according to company procedures.
* Meet with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to report on project progress.
* Work cohesively with Senior Management on day-to-day operations and develop future pipeline and growth policies.
Requirements:
* Solid communication skills, assertive yet diplomatic.
* 10+ years of relevant post-qualification experience, management qualification or equivalent experience.
* Experience in executing commercial/retail projects.
* Ability to work independently and stamp authority on projects.
* Strong IT skills.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
