Senior HR Manager
A key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional HR services to our employees.
Main Duties:
* Employee Support: Act as the primary point of contact for all employees, providing timely and effective support to address their needs and concerns.
* HR Policy Development: Collaborate with leadership to design, implement, and evaluate new HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that prioritize employee well-being and engagement while ensuring compliance with changing legislation and best practices.
* Policy Alignment: Scale current policies and objectives to ensure consistency across departments, promoting a cohesive and supportive work environment.
* Employee Relations: Investigate and resolve employee relations issues promptly, adhering to company guidelines and timelines.
* Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process, including candidate review, interview coordination, contract issuance, and work visa requirements, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates.
* Accommodation Liaison: Coordinate with the Accommodation Manager to facilitate smooth transitions for new arrivals.
* Time Management: Monitor and report on employee working hours, providing weekly updates to the management team.
* Payroll Partnership: Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee information, including new hires, bank holidays, and other relevant data.
Experience:
* Leadership Experience: A minimum of 6 years in an HR role with similar responsibilities.
* People Management: At least 3 years of experience in a people management position, demonstrating ability to lead and motivate teams.
* Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in HR or a related field.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of labor law and employment regulations, enabling informed decision-making and compliance.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees and managers at all levels.
* Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable managing administrative aspects of HR operations.
* Adaptability: Able to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing circumstances with ease.
