Essentials: Degree or Higher Diploma in Architecture or Architectural Technology, 3+ years' experience in residential architecture, strong CAD skills, knowledge of Building Regulations, ability to manage technical aspects of pre-construction design.
Location: Onsite; Several location across Dublin available
Salary: Up to €65,000

Reporting to: Technical ManagerOur client, a leading residential developer, is offering an exciting opportunity for a Technical Coordinator to manage and coordinate the design and technical details of their residential projects. Reporting to the Technical Manager, this role focuses on overseeing the technical information flow and ensuring that quality and customer satisfaction remain central throughout the design process.Key responsibilities include managing pre-construction design coordination, organising design team meetings, and briefing external consultants and subcontractors to align with company standards. You'll chair design workshops, oversee the issuance of design guidelines, and liaise with in-house teams to ensure technical alignment.
