About the Role
We're looking for an experienced
Social Media Manager
to lead the social presence of a well-known FMCG brand across
Ireland and the UK
. This role owns social strategy and execution end-to-end, delivering culturally relevant, engaging content that builds brand love and drives growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and manage all social media channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms)
* Lead social content strategy, planning, calendars, execution, and budget management
* Develop and manage influencer/creator partnerships
* Drive daily community management and consumer engagement
* Ensure all content is on-brand, high quality, and culturally relevant
* Work closely with brand teams and agency partners
* Use analytics and social listening tools to optimise performance and report insights
What You'll Bring
* 3–6 years' experience in social media management
* FMCG/CPG or agency experience managing scaled brand accounts
* Strong understanding of social platforms, trends, and content formats
* Excellent writing, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
* Data-driven mindset with a creative, digital-first approach
