St. Francis Hospice Dublin provides a comprehensive range of palliative care services for patients and their families living in North Dublin City and County.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative team. The successful candidate will be working 24 hours per week, Outpatient & Day Service (14 hrs) & Social Work and Bereavement Service (10 hrs)
Essential Requirements:
* Have four years' experience in an Administration role in a healthcare setting.
* Be educated to Leaving Certificate standard or equivalent.
* Be fully competent in MS Office suite and other relevant packages.
* Experience in Patient/Client Administration Systems.
* Have experience in an outpatient/GP setting.
* Have undertaken an Office Administration/Secretarial Course or other relevant course.
* Full clean driving license
Desirable Criteria:
* Medical terminology experience an advantage.
* To have worked in a setting where Volunteers play a key role.
* To have worked as part of a clinical multi-disciplinary team.
* Ideally have a Qualification at Level 6 -NFQ or its equivalent in a relevant discipline.
