My client are looking for a dedicated Service Engineer to join their team in Munster. The role focuses exclusively on the servicing, maintenance, and repair of domestic heat pump systems. This is a field-based position requiring strong technical ability, problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out routine servicing and preventative maintenance of heat pumps.
* Diagnose and repair faults in a timely and efficient manner.
* Conduct performance checks and system optimisation.
* Provide clear feedback and advice to customers on system condition and operation.
* Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
* Represent the company professionally while working on customer sites.
Requirements
* Qualification in mechanical, electrical, plumbing or refrigeration engineering (or equivalent).
* Proven experience in servicing and maintaining, heat pumps, or refrigeration systems.
* F-Gas certification is highly desirable.
* Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
* Full clean driving licence.
* Good communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently across the Munster region.
