Cash Collection Professional
At our Dublin office, we're looking for a Cash Collection Professional to join our team. As a member of our BPO team, you will manage a portfolio of end-customers in B2B and/or B2C environments, working together with clients to accelerate overdue payments and reduce aged debt.
Job Description:
We're seeking an experienced individual who can ensure cash collection activities meet client requirements, handle complex customer accounts, negotiate payment plans, and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions using our software.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, driven, and business-focused, with excellent communication and negotiation skills, including a good telephone manner and a professional approach.
As a Cash Collection Professional, you'll be responsible for monitoring accounts, providing reporting on collection activity, analyzing accounts, and determining the best collections strategies.
You'll work closely with our team leaders to receive training, mentoring, and coaching to excel in this role.
