Eligibility to Work in IrelandDue to immediate service requirements, this role is open to applicants who hold EU/EEA citizenship with the right to work in Ireland without restriction. Unfortunately, we are not in a position to support visa applications or work permits for this role at this time.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high quality personal care to residents
Motivate and support care assistants, and supervise assigned shifts
Assist new residents and help them feel welcome and secure
Organise daily work plans with nursing staff
Support all aspects of residents' daily living – washing, dressing, toileting, dining, social activities and companionship
Requirements
QQI Level 5 in healthcare or equivalent
2+ years’ experience in elder care
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Strong supervisory and motivational skills
OR Nursing/Allied Health/Healthcare related Degree
