Job Description
Health Care Assistants are required at Heritage Homecare Ltd. Located at 17 Sandyford Office Park, Blackthorn Avenue, Sandyford Business Park, Dublin 18, D18 NY74.
These roles are within domiciliary services and based within the South Dublin Community.
Responsibilities
Assisting clients with personal and practical needs
Monitoring clients health & well‑being
Assistance with activities of daily living such as shopping, housework, meal preparation, and feeding
Medication prompting
Transferring clients with poor mobility using the hoist and assisting with short walk
Ensuring client safety by using a high level of observation skills, accurate recording & reporting
Qualifications
Experience in a similar role
Knowledge of the health care system is an advantage
QQI level 5 health qualification completed
Details
Salary: €32,691 per annum
Hours: 39 per week
Expected start: 10/08/2026
