Talent Acquisition Manager

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success in recruiting top talent. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
You will be responsible for:
* Developing and implementing a comprehensive recruitment strategy that aligns with our business objectives
* Leading a team of recruiters to deliver high-quality candidates who meet our client's needs
* Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment metrics and analytics
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree required
* 8+ years of work experience in talent acquisition or a related field
* Proven track record of success in recruiting top talent
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Preferred Qualifications:
* 4+ years of business-facing HR experience
* 2+ years of people leadership experience
* Excellent business-level English language skills
