Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to fill the position of Insurance Sales Specialist.
Main Responsibilities:
* BUILDING STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS by engaging with new and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships
* MAXIMIZING CROSS-SELLING OPPORTUNITIES by identifying potential sales prospects and scheduling follow-up communications to drive future revenue growth
* CONTRIBUTING TO A HIGH-PERFORMANCE TEAM while delivering exceptional customer service
Prior experience in insurance is highly desirable. What We Are Looking For:
* A background in insurance brokering or related fields is preferred
* APA Personal General Insurance or CIP qualification is advantageous but not mandatory
* EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND PHONE ETIQUETTE
* SOLID COMPUTER AND IT PROFICIENCY
* A PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF SUCCESS IN SALES-FOCUSED AND RESULTS-DRIVEN ENVIRONMENTS
* A POSITIVE, SELF-MOTIVATED, AND ADAPTABLE ATTITUDE WITH A PROFESSIONAL APPROACH
