Health and Safety Specialist
This role focuses on driving safety culture across the business by ensuring compliance with Irish legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the primary onsite contact for Health and Safety matters.
2. Conduct inspections, audits, and lead risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment.
3. Maintain up-to-date risk registers, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety policies in line with industry best practices.
4. Investigate accidents, incidents, and reportable events to identify areas for improvement.
5. Present induction training sessions on manual handling techniques, fire awareness programs, first aid courses as required by law.
