We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate nurse to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Community Nurse, you will provide vital support and care to individuals with disabilities in a community setting.
Main Responsibilities:
* Nursing Care Provision: Deliver high-quality nursing care to individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, acquired brain injury, and mental health difficulties.
* Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care and promote a culture of collaboration and respect.
* Care Planning and Management: Assess and manage medication, develop and implement personalized care plans, and provide training and support to staff members.
Requirements:
* Professional Qualifications: Be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
* Desirable Experience: Having experience in ID services is highly desirable but not essential.
* Driving License and Car Use: Possess a full driving license and use of a car is essential for the role.
