What You'll Do
Employee Support & Query Resolution
Serve as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day employee inquiries regarding HR policies, payroll, benefits, and leave management.
Guide and support employees in navigating internal HR systems for personal data updates, training requests, and technical troubleshooting.
Utilise case management tools to log, track, and resolve employee queries in strict accordance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Identify and elevate complex HR cases (e.g., employee disputes, compliance issues) to Tier 2 support, ensuring seamless handover and comprehensive documentation.
HR Administration & System Management
Execute end‑to‑end administrative processes, including contractual document processing, absence management, general correspondence, and office administration tasks.
Review and approve employee‑led system requests, such as name changes and personal data updates within our internal HR systems.
Manage the lifecycle of HR documentation, overseeing the creation, distribution, collection, organisation, and secure storage of employee records and attendance data.
Compliance & Operational Excellence
Maintain strict adherence to internal processing deadlines, payroll schedules, and system downtime protocols.
Ensure full compliance with national data protection regulations and all relevant legal and employment frameworks.
What You'll Need
A background handling administrative operations in a high‑volume, dynamic environment, with a demonstrated ability to effectively multitask and prioritise competing deadlines.
Prior experience in customer‑facing roles, with a proven track record of handling inquiries, managing complaints with empathy, and de‑escalating challenging situations professionally.
Strong experience in data‑heavy roles, with sharp attention to detail when processing, verifying, and maintaining large volumes of sensitive information accurately.
Highly proficient computer skills.

€37,500 rising to €51,000 after 3 years
