Job Description
The Role of Fund Administrator is a key position within our client's growing team, initially on a 4-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension or permanency based on performance and business needs.
Main Responsibilities:
* Engage with clients and stakeholders in relation to ETF dealing and operational queries.
* Instruct and monitor the settlement of ETFs.
* Assist the team manager in addressing audit queries, client inquiries, and risk-related items.
* Evaluate risk when making business decisions, prioritizing the firm's reputation and safeguarding its clients' assets by adhering to relevant laws, rules, and regulations.
* Collaborate closely with the ETF Support team and engage with the development team on various IT initiatives.
Minimum Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Experience in accounting or a business-related area.
* Knowledge of fund administration, change management, and/or project management.
* Familiarity with financial operations and ETFs.
* Flexibility to support the global ETF operating model.
