As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of Reverse Vending Machines throughout Ireland.
About the Role:
* You will be responsible for responding promptly to breakdown calls and efficiently completing planned works as directed by our service management team daily
* Perform installations and configurations of new RVMs, including providing comprehensive customer training
* Participate in the on-call breakdown cover rotation to guarantee continuous support for customers
* Maintain accurate records and reports of all activities, utilizing provided documents from both clients and our organization
* Demonstrate urgency in resolving customer escalations to ensure their problems are addressed promptly
Requirements:
* Possession of an Electrical or Mechanical Engineering qualification or relevant field of study
* Previous experience in a retail support environment (scales, Pops, Vending machines, etc.) is preferred but not essential
* Health & Safety certification (e.g., Safe Pass) is highly valued
* Proficiency in electrical and mechanical fault finding is crucial
* A valid full clean Driving Licence is mandatory
