Position Overview:
Trigon Hotels Food and Beverage Supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining the quality and efficiency of food and beverage operations. They must balance team management, customer service, operational oversight and contribute to financial management of the department to ensure that the dining experience meets and exceeds the establishment's standards and enhances guest satisfaction.
Operational Key Responsibilities:
uEnsure the efficient running of the department or area.

uLead by example and motivate the team.
uParticipate in interviewing candidates and managing recruitment.

uEnsure comprehensive training for all team members in line with department SOP's.
uResponsible for motivating the team to achieve their best.
uConduct monthly meetings, coaching, and counselling sessions.

uHandle job chats and initial disciplinary actions, be aware of serious and late-stage disciplinary issues.

Qualifications:
* Experience in a Food & Beverage supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational, leadership and time management abilities.
* Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations.
* Good understanding of inventory management and cost control.
* Good emotional and cultural intelligence.
