Job Purpose: Ensure the smooth operation of hire equipment by providing maintenance support and monitoring fleet performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor service records and schedule routine maintenance
* Manage special parts purchase orders to maintain optimal fleet performance
* Proactively monitor fleet performance and implement preventative maintenance schedules
* Collaborate with stakeholders to improve the Syrinx platform
* Maintain accurate asset records and conduct regular cycle counts on fleet equipment
* Provide technical support and training, particularly in relation to Syrinx
Requirements:
* Industry experience in a similar role, preferably in construction plant, transport, or truck and trailer sectors
* A minimum of 3 years work experience in a related maintenance or operations role
* Proficient in MS Office and Excel
* Familiarity with workflow software platforms
