Position Overview
We are seeking a HR professional who can assist us by developing and compiling key HR policy components, such as Employment & Compliance, Anti-Harassment & Equity, Compensation & Benefits, Code of Ethics & Conduct, Performance & Discipline, Safety & Remote Work, and Volunteer Management, and consolidating them into an employee manual.
Key Responsibilities
Develop best practices to reduce burnout, ensure transparency, and conduct regular annual policy reviews.
Collaborate with one or two members of our Board of Management or another individual who is not a board member.
Commit to approximately a 6‑month engagement.
