Operations & Finance Coordinator

We're looking for an all-rounder who enjoys wearing multiple hats. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a varied environment and wants to be at the heart of a growing business. Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial Operations, you'll be responsible for keeping both our finance and operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Finance & Accounts
Process payroll in conjunction with external providers
Manage accounts payable/receivable and cashflow reporting
Reconcile transactions and assist with month-end close
Prepare regular financial updates for management
Operations & Admin
Ensure compliance across all placements and onboarding
Coordinate training, onboarding, and general admin
Organise team events, offsites, and client hospitality
Liaise with vendors and support ad hoc operational projects
What You'll Need
2+ years in an accounts/admin/ops role (ideally in a small business)
Proficiency in Xero, Excel, and general accounting processes
Familiarity with CRM/recruitment platforms (Loxo a plus, training provided)
Strong attention to detail, highly organised, and proactive
Excellent communicator and problem-solver
Comfortable working independently and within a tight-knit team
