Rockwell is a leading Financial Planning, Employee Benefits & Wealth Management firm based in Dublin.
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Executive to join our team on a part-time basis (2 days per week).
We have an existing Finance process which is supported by a large amount of automatation and run by our external accountants.
This is a key role within our business, supporting our Leadership team to ensure smooth and accurate financial operations.
Youll work closely with our external accountants, while taking ownership of basic day-to-day finance functions and ideally will have SME experience Key Responsibilities: Produce monthly management accounts and financial reports Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and supplier payments Assist with budgeting and forecasting Support payroll processing and liaise with payroll provider Liaise with external accountants on year-end processes and compliance What Were Looking For: Minimum4years experience in a similar role Strong proficiency in Xero accounting software and MS Excel Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Strong understanding of Irish accounting and payroll procedures Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders Holds appropriate accounting qualifactions.
