System Integrity Specialist
Ensuring the quality, safety, and operational readiness of mechanical systems is crucial to meeting industry standards.
* Systems Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, piping, and process systems, to verify compliance with design specifications and relevant regulations.
* Documentation Oversight: Manage the compilation and review of turnover documentation, encompassing as-built drawings, equipment manuals, inspection reports, and compliance certifications, ensuring all necessary paperwork is accurate and complete.
* Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with project engineers, contractors, and operations teams to facilitate smooth communication and coordination regarding mechanical systems, addressing any issues or discrepancies that arise during final inspections and tests.
* Testing and Commissioning: Collaborate on testing and commissioning activities, ensuring that all mechanical systems are operationally ready and that performance criteria are met.
* Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure that all mechanical systems comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards, conducting audits as necessary to uphold safety and quality benchmarks.
* Handover Support: Assist in the formal handover process, providing training and support to operations personnel and ensuring they are familiar with system functionalities and maintenance requirements.
* Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process enhancements, develop best practices for turnover processes, and contribute to ongoing team training and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities include working closely with project engineers, contractors, and operations teams to ensure mechanical systems meet quality, safety, and operational standards. This role requires a strong knowledge of mechanical design standards, codes, and regulations, as well as proficiency in technical documentation and project management software.
