Key Duties & Responsibilities
Support the design and execution of the firm’s Compliance Monitoring Programme (CMP)
Analyse and interpret regulatory developments impacting the business globally
Contribute to regulatory change initiatives, ensuring effective implementation and tracking
Work closely with local compliance teams on regulatory matters and interactions
Assess and enhance the effectiveness of internal controls, policies and procedures
Prepare reports for senior management, boards and committees on compliance matters
Provide regulatory guidance and support to business units
Monitor compliance with regulatory obligations across multiple jurisdictions
Participate in internal projects, working groups and governance initiatives
Support the ongoing development of compliance policies, procedures and training
Promote and strengthen a positive compliance culture across the organisation
Key Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 7 years’ experience in compliance within the funds or financial services industry
Experience in compliance monitoring, audit or regulatory oversight
Strong knowledge of UCITS, AIFs and broader regulatory frameworks
Understanding of cross-border regulations and multi-jurisdictional environments
Experience within a ManCo, AIFM or MiFID-regulated environment advantageous
Proven ability to interpret regulation and assess operational impact
Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills
Ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders
Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Relevant degree and/or professional qualification in compliance, law or a related field preferred
