Paediatric Physiotherapist, Senior Grade - Cork
Senior Grade Physiotherapists are required by Cpl Healthcare in Primary Care Services, Cork Kerry Community Healthcare area in partnership with the HSE within both Community & Hospital Settings.
The Senior Paediatric Physiotherapist will work in conjunction with the wider Paediatric Primary Care Physiotherapy team members across the Cork region to provide a quality evidenced based paediatric Physiotherapy service.
There may be a requirement to work across networks as Paediatric service demands require.
Job Responsibilities:
Be responsible for client assessment, development and implementation of individualized treatment plans that are client centered and in line with best practice
To be responsible for the provision of a high quality Physiotherapy service in accordance with standards of professional practice
To work in conjunction with other team members in coordinating and developing the service to meet the needs of the population it serves in line with the objectives of the organization
To work with the Physiotherapy Manager in ensuring the co-ordination, development and delivery of a quality, client centered physiotherapy service across and between networks in the geographical area.
The Candidate:
Be registered, or be eligible for registration, on the Physiotherapists Register maintained by the Physiotherapists Registration Board at CORU.
Have three years full time (or an aggregate of three years full time) post qualification clinical experience
Have the requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability and professional ability) for the proper discharge of the duties of the office
Provide proof of Statutory Registration on the Physiotherapists Register maintained by the Physiotherapists Registration Board at CORU before a contract of employment can be issued.
