We're partnering with our client, a prestigious 4-star hotel located in the heart of the Midlands, to recruit an experienced Operations Manager. This is a key leadership role for a hospitality professional who combines commercial expertise, operational excellence, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

4. Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring seamless service across all departments.

13. Be available to respond to urgent operational issues and ensure smooth resolution.

Ideal Candidate Profile

14. Proven experience as an Operations Manager or senior leadership role in a 4-star or luxury hotel.
15. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
16. Commercially savvy with expertise in P&L management, revenue strategies, and cost control.
17. Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
18. Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver outstanding service.
19. Flexible, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
