Job Description
Cutting, trimming, slicing, and sectioning carcasses for future processing.
Cutting and trimming meat to make it fit for packing.
Inspecting meat products for defects, bruises, and blemishes.
Removing excess fat.
Obtaining and distributing specified meat or carcass.
Processing primal parts into cuts.
Separating meats and by‑products into specified containers and sealing containers.
Getting meat ready for all ethnic customers according to their requirements.
Knowledge of halal meat is essential.
