for a well-established hotel in
Cork

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional within hospitality – or someone ready to step up into a more structured role – offering a stable
Monday to Friday
schedule.
The Hotel Maintenance Assistant will support the smooth operation of the hotel by ensuring all facilities, guest rooms, and public areas are maintained to a high standard of safety, presentation, and functionality.
The Duties
Carry out daily maintenance and repair tasks across the hotel property.
Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to minimise downtime and breakdowns.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from hotel departments.
Maintain guest bedrooms and public areas to a high standard of safety and appearance.
Monitor and report any health & safety risks or defects.
Support external contractors when required.
Ensure tools, equipment, and plant rooms are kept in good order.
Assist with basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records.

€38,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience).
