Our client, a highly reputable renewable energy firm, are seeking an In -House Legal Counsel to focus on property elements of the firm's engagements. In this role you will report to the Property Legal Counsel and gain the opportunity to learn more about the renewables space with excellent growth plans in place.
Key Responsibilities of the Legal Counsel will include:Draft and negotiate option and lease agreementsManage and prepare ancillary property documents, such as deeds of variation, maintenance agreements and deeds of assignment.Conduct the asset transfer process of substations with energy firms for multiple solar sites.Manage invoices and liaise with the accounts team to ensure external parties are paid on time.Provide ad -hoc property and general legal support to the team as required
Key Requirements of the Legal Counsel will include:At least 2 years' PQE with a mid -size legal firm or in -house with exposure to propertyAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast -paced environment, balancing deadlines and priorities effectively.Strong attention to detail.Exceptional organisational and project management skills.Strong interest in property law
