A highly skilled and ambitious chef is required to join our dynamic kitchen team in a beautiful hotel located in Co. Galway.
We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in senior culinary roles to take on the position of Senior Chef de Partie.
The role will focus on managing food quality and standards across Bar & Restaurant sections, while also providing training and upskilling opportunities for junior staff members.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Responsibilities:
• Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the overall management of the kitchen operations.
• Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety procedures in accordance with industry regulations.
• Ensure seamless communication between kitchen teams and other departments to deliver consistently high-quality dishes.
• Lead by example, demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to excellence in all aspects of job duties.
Requirements:
• Proven track record of success in senior culinary roles, preferably in hotels or similar establishments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in HACCP procedures and regulations.
