We are now looking for a reliable Linen Porter to join our friendly Housekeeping Department. In this essential role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver clean linens and guest supplies to housekeepers on all floors.
* Collect soiled linens from guest rooms and ensure proper sorting and disposal.
* Maintain accurate inventory of linens and guest supplies.
* Assist with the loading and unloading of laundry deliveries.
* Keep linen closets and storage areas clean and organised.
* Report any damaged or missing linens to Accommodation Manager.
* May be required to perform light cleaning duties in public areas.
* Provide exceptional guest service by responding promptly and professionally to requests.
* Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a housekeeping or fast-paced environment (preferred)
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Reliable transportation and availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
