Job Overview
Senior BIM Consultant – Turner & Townsend Digital Europe. The successful applicant will implement BIM on behalf of our clients across Europe, co‑manage the BIM team, take on line management duties, and be responsible for project delivery.

BIM compliance checking and data verification
Responsibilities
Leading and supporting the team in the implementation of BIM on major projects, programmes and across portfolios.
Authoring key BIM documentation such as Asset Information Requirements, Employer Information Requirements and, where applicable, BIM Execution Plans.
Assessing project teams’ BIM competency, advising on the development of the project BIM Execution Plans and approving on behalf of the client where necessary.
Ensuring project BIM standards are followed by stakeholders, reporting key risks and effective mitigations.
Leading model assurance activities – defining strategy and approach, model analysis, technical and plain‑language reporting.
Chairing and leading BIM workgroups and Technical BIM sessions with the project team to present outcomes of model assurance activities.
Researching, developing and implementing emerging technology, processes and best practices.
Continuously developing in‑house standards and capabilities.
Providing support to the wider business with tender‑bidding teams to win future work.
Qualifications
Typically, a qualified professional in a relevant discipline with five or more years’ relevant experience in a BIM environment. Familiarity with ISO 19650 and other local standards is required. The candidate should be proactive, possess strong communication and analytical skills, and be numerate and computer‑literate.

Up‑to‑date knowledge of BIM technology and interoperability standards.
