Organisational Psychologist Role
This is a challenging role that requires an individual with expertise in workplace and organisational psychology. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and supporting the Authority's approach to regulating psychological health at work.
* The Organisational Psychologist will act as a subject matter expert on workplace/organisational psychology, providing guidance on occupational health and safety matters.
* They will manage a team of direct reports, creating a positive working environment and supporting their professional development.

About This Job
We are seeking an experienced Organisational Psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have primary degree in Psychology (NFQ Level 8 or equivalent) along with excellent planning and organisational skills. They must also possess relevant work experience, preferably minimum three years.
