Project Leadership Specialist
We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the end-to-end deployment and integration of customer networking and security solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead projects from conceptualization through deployment and integration, collaborating with customers, architects, and internal teams.
* Develop comprehensive project plans based on discussions with all key stakeholders, including architects, customers, and internal management.
* Identify and manage risks, resources, budgets, schedules, and scope changes to ensure successful project delivery.
* Negotiate with vendors, management, and customers to secure necessary equipment, resources, and downtime.
* Motivate and manage project teams to deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
* Serve as the primary customer interface, managing issues and providing regular updates and reports.
* Participate in early project activities and contribute to the identification of new business opportunities.
Requirements:
* 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in IT or Telecommunications.
* Strong knowledge of IP infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls) and networking technologies (IP, Ethernet, Wireless, Wi-Fi, VPN, cloud networking, security, data centers).
* Experience managing complex projects with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
* Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
* Excellent expertise in MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
* Ability to travel and work across multiple locations in Dublin.
* Full, clean driving license.
