Excel Recruitment is currently recruiting several Administrative Support Officers for a number of full time temporary medical posts across North County Dublin. These officers will be responsible for administrative and support duties within the department they are assigned to, as well as assisting their department to deliver best practice for its service users.

Main Responsibilities:
\

1. Providing support functions including typing, copying, and photocopying files as requested.
\
2. Responsible for coordinating daily activities within the department.
\
3. Provision of general office duties.
\
4. Order and supply all stationery as requested.
\
5. Make and receive phone calls as directed.
\
6. Organise delivery and collection of post.
\
7. Liaise with staff in other departments, the public, and outside agencies in a confidential, courteous, and professional manner.
\
8. Such other duties as may be assigned by Management

Main Requirements:
\
\
9. Demonstrate the ability to plan and deliver the duties of the role in an effective and resourceful manner.
\
10. Can multitask without losing focus and manage competing and changing priorities.
\
11. Maintaining structured systems.
\
12. Demonstrate the ability to manage and develop self and others in a busy working environment.
\
13. Previous experience in a healthcare position preferred.
