Job Title: Front of House Receptionist
Front of house receptionists are integral to the smooth operation of any business. They provide a welcoming first impression for clients and visitors, manage administrative tasks, and ensure seamless communication.
About the Role
This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent customer service skills, capable of working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage the multi-line switchboard, answering calls professionally and efficiently.
2. Greet visitors, clients, and contractors, monitoring access and issuing electronic passes as required.
3. Coordinate meeting rooms and client refreshments.
4. Provide administrative support to senior management.
5. Assist the travel department with overflow bookings for flights, hotels, rail, taxis, and hire cars, issuing documentation to travelers.
6. Process daily outgoing mail, messages, and deliveries.
7. Perform other duties as required to support office operations.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
1. Three to five years' experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role in a professional environment.
2. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
3. Strong organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills, engaging with people at all levels.
5. High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
6. Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
