Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Specialist
This role involves shaping the workforce for success by ensuring compliance with regulations and national standards.
* Maintain accurate records, HR metrics, and statistics in a timely manner.
* Stay informed on standards and government publications for services in the disability sector.
* Ensure adherence to Professional Regulatory bodies and maintain up-to-date personnel records.
* Proper archiving of files and preparation of information as per requests from relevant authorities are vital tasks.
* Ensure compliance with relevant circulars, policies, procedures, and guidelines as well as adhere to GDPR guidelines.
* Review and maintain NPR Registrations, promote dignity at work, and comply with safety regulations.
Requirements
* Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in HR or professional membership of CIPD.
* High proficiency in MS Office suite.
* 3-5 years of administration experience, including working with computer databases.
* Proven track record in high-volume recruitment data entry.
* Possession of a full clean driving license.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.
* Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
* Strong research and strategic thinking abilities.
