Job Title: Employment Legal Counsel
About the Role:
This position is responsible for providing legal advice on a broad range of employment topics, including recruiting, hiring, restrictive covenants, training and performance management. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of employment law in Ireland and experience advising on employment law matters in other European jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert legal guidance to internal stakeholders on various aspects of employment law;
* Counsel employees and managers regarding workplace policies and handbooks;
The successful candidate will be an experienced attorney with 7+ years post-admission experience who can demonstrate strong organization skills. Experience working at a top-tier law firm would be highly regarded.
