* Help customers set up and maintain accounts, providing expert guidance and support.
* Deal with calls, emails, and face-to-face enquiries, resolving any queries or issues promptly.
* Promote financial products and services to customers, highlighting their benefits and value.
* Guide customers to the correct colleague regarding their financial queries.
* Assist customers with using IT systems to update account details, ensuring seamless transactions.
* Perform general administration tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of the branch.
