We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team.

* Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to HACCP procedures and company policies.
* Participate in regular training sessions with the kitchen team, ensuring everyone is up-to-date with industry best practices.
Requirements
* Possess a relevant third-level qualification.
* Hold previous kitchen experience, preferably in a Sous Chef role.
* Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, maintaining high standards at all times.
* Hold HACPP Level 2 certification.
